Refund and Returns Policy

At Deckadent Games, we take great pride in offering thoughtfully designed game products crafted for fun, quality, and long-lasting value. Each product is carefully inspected and packaged to meet high standards. Because of this, our return and refund policy is intentionally strict and clearly defined.

Eligibility for Returns
Our return policy is valid for 30 calendar days from the date your order is confirmed delivered. After 30 days have passed, we cannot offer a refund, exchange, or store credit for any reason.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be returned in its original, sealed packaging with no writing, damage, tampering, or signs of use.
  • Proof of purchase (such as the original receipt or order confirmation email) must be included.
  • You must first contact our customer service team and receive approval before returning the item. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

Returns that do not meet all of the above conditions will be denied and, if received, may be discarded without notice or return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are strictly non-returnable, including but not limited to:

  • Opened or used game sets
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Purchases made through third-party sellers (e.g., Amazon) — please follow their return policy instead

Once a product has been opened or used, it is no longer eligible for return or refund, regardless of reason.

Partial Refunds (Very Limited Circumstances)
In rare and limited cases, we may approve a partial refund (up to 50% of the original purchase price) at our sole discretion. This may apply when:

  • The item shows handling or wear not caused by shipping
  • The return was initiated late but received within 40 days, and the delay is documented
  • The item is missing key components (e.g., inserts, dividers, packaging elements)

Partial refunds are not guaranteed, even if the item is returned. All such decisions are final and may take longer to process.

Refunds (If Approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.

If approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days
  • A restocking and inspection fee of up to 15% may be deducted from the refund total
  • Shipping charges (both original and return) are non-refundable in all cases

If denied, no refund will be issued and returned items will not be sent back to you.

Late or Missing Refunds
If 14 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it:

  • Check your bank or credit card account for the original transaction
  • Contact your credit card company (posting delays may occur)
  • Follow up with your bank to see if a pending refund is in process
  • If still unresolved, contact us with your order number and refund approval date

Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. You must notify us within 5 days of confirmed delivery. To request an exchange:

  • Send photographic evidence of the damage to our customer service team
  • If approved, we will provide return instructions for the damaged item
  • A replacement will be sent once we receive and inspect the original item

Minor cosmetic flaws (such as box scuffs, label misalignment, or superficial blemishes) do not qualify for exchange.

Return Shipping
Customers are fully responsible for all return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (even if waived or discounted) will be deducted from any eligible refund.

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing insurance. Deckadent Games is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Returns sent without tracking that are not received will not be refunded.

Once your return is approved, we will provide the appropriate return address via email.

Final Thoughts
Please review product descriptions and images carefully before purchasing. We welcome questions if you need clarification prior to ordering. Our games are built for enjoyment and durability, but due to the nature of physical goods and hygiene, our return standards must remain firm and consistent.

Please note: Excessive return requests may result in account limitations, ineligibility for future promotions, or refusal of service.
